Secure File Transfer: Sending and Receiving

Sending and receiving secure files to Payroll Masters is easy in just a few steps you will be an expert!

To send a secure file to Payroll Masters:

Step 1. Simply go to, click on the “Secure File Transfer” in the top menu.


Step 2: Once you click on “Secure File Transfer” you will be directed to this page, choose “Securely Send Files”.


Step 3. Enter your first name, last name, email, choose whom you would like email “to” at Payroll Masters, enter a subject, message, click “Browse” to upload your file, enter security code and click “send”.


Step 4. You will receive a message confirmation, similar to the one below.

Sending secure files to Payroll Masters is just that simple. Here is the direct link to send secure files to Payroll Masters:


Step 1. When receiving files you will get a notification in your email that you have a secure file:

Step 2. Click the link and you will be directed to a secure portal of Payroll Masters, enter your access code and click submit.

Step 3. First time users will be directed to “Set your cell phone number” just in case you forget your access code we’ll send you an SMS text with a random one time access code to use. It’s part of our ongoing efforts to make sending and receiving files simple and easy!

Step 4. Once you have signed in you will be directed to your dashboard. Where once here you can click on your emails, download files, change your access code and/or cell phone number, view history and send files.  To view new emails click “View complete message detail”.

Step 5. This is a sample of an open message, to download secure file click the “download” button, file will be instantly downloaded to your default download folder. Open file within this folder to view. You are done it is that simple.
