Napa Chamber Mid Year Employment Law Update Thursday July 21
Presented by Richard Rybicki with Rybicki & Associates, P.C., this short mid-year employment law update will cover changes to federal overtime rules and state minimum wage requirements – and how they can affect salaried employees as much as hourly workers. Richard Rybicki will also cover amendments to state Fair Employment law, including harassment and discrimination and how the new “qualified investigator” requirement puts many employers in a bind. These and other issues will be on the agenda with time to discuss questions from participants.
