California EDD releases an employer FUTA tax update
The California Employment Development Department has released an update on it’s FUTA page:
It is estimated that California’s UI Trust Fund will become solvent in 2018. If the fund is solvent, FUTA tax credit reductions will cease and California employers will receive the full FUTA tax credit.
The Department of Labor usually publishes a final list of FUTA credit reductions states in November.
