AB 1513 Piece-Rate Non-Productive Time Opt-In Deadline Nearing

As the July 1 deadline for the AB 1513 opt-in approaches, a huge surge has been noted in the number of employers who have joined the list. Farm Labor Contractors can opt-in, regardless of what arrangements they have pending with their grower clients. Consult with your employment attorney with any questions you may have about on this process.
