Quarterly Reports

There are four quarters in a year. At the end of each quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st), Payroll Masters prepares reports for federal and state agencies summarizing your payroll taxes for that period. It is important that we have all the current information for your company and your employees. Please make sure we have the correct social security numbers and addresses for all of your employees.

We will provide you with an Employee Listing Report to verify this information. Report to us any fringe benefits such as Group Term Life, HSA employer contributions, auto allowance, etc. Also, be sure to report all manual checks, third party sick pay or any other adjustments for the quarter that we have not already received.
