Our Payroll Specialists are dedicated to giving clients one-on-one attention. When you begin service with Payroll Masters, you will be assigned a Payroll Specialist. This person will be your main point of contact and you will receive their email address and direct telephone number.
If your assigned Payroll Specialist is out of the office, a back-up specialist will handle your payroll. This person is either a supervisor who knows your account or another specialist who is part of your processing group. If your Payroll Specialist is unavailable when you call dial “0” at any time to be connected with the operator.
For your protection please designate specific people within your organization who will act as our main point of contact. Our Payroll Specialists are instructed not to talk to anyone in your company other than these pre-approved contacts. We will refer all employee requests to your designated employer contact.
It is important to maintain open communications with your Payroll Specialist. You have our pledge that we will make every effort to help you and provide you the highest level of quality customer service.
To maintain this level of service, we ask for your assistance by referring to your Client Handbook or by calling us with any questions or comments. We can’t do our job if you are not talking to us.
