Direct Deposit
This method of payment offers greater security, accuracy and convenience. Direct deposit is preferred by employees and employers. After receiving your employee worksheet, payroll is processed and money is electronically deposited into employee accounts on payday. If you prefer to pay employees with paper checks, we can have your company logo and signature printed on them so checks come pre-signed, ready for distribution.

E-Billing
As a Certified Green Business, we are looking for even more ways to minimize waste. Clients have the option to receive their invoice electronically via email. In addition clients may choose to have payments automatically deducted from their account. With this option the automatic deduction will occur 7 days after invoice is emailed. E-Billing invoices will look just like the bill clients are currently receiving and come in the form of an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat please download the free reader.
