USDOL Releases Revised FLSA & Polygraph Protection Posters
Employers Must Post by August 1, 2016
The U.S. Department of Labor has released revised versions of it’s required workplace posters advising employees of their rights under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA). U.S. DOL requires employers post these posters by August 1, 2016 to maintain posting compliance.
