AB 1513 Piece-Rate Non-Productive Time Opt-In Deadline Nearing

 As the July 1 deadline for the AB 1513 opt-in approaches, a huge surge has been noted in the number of employers who have joined the list in the past week.  The list of employers who have opted-in is available on-line at: http://www.dir.ca.gov/pieceratebackpayelection/pieceratelisting.asp

Farm Labor Contractors can opt-in, regardless of what arrangements they have pending with their grower clients.
