Learn about new regulations affecting FLC licensing, as well as potential changes in Cal OSHA regulations. 2016 brings new laws and regulations affecting FLCs and other employers. Receive updates on critical requirements and share best practices for FLCs on: AB 1513 & wage and hour issues impacting piece-rate work; changes in Cal OSHA enforcement issues; required training on Harassment Prevention; and pending changes at the ALRB.  We will also cover the latest on Mandatory Paid Sick Leave.
