Wine & Vine Workforce Management Conference in Santa Rosa
The California Farm Labor Contractor Association invites you to their 2nd Annual Wine & Vine Workforce Management Conference, April 20, 2016 at the Flamingo Conference Resort & Spa.
This conference provides critical information and updates for employers, managers, and supervisors on a range of personnel management issues.
The conference offers three concurrent sessions:
- Latest on labor laws and HR issues;
- Worker safety and workers’ comp management;
- Offered in Spanish this track covers a variety of topics critical to effective management and compliance.
The luncheon keynote address will be accessible via U.N.-style interpreting service for Spanish-speakers. Dr. William Gould IV, Chairman of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board will provide the luncheon keynote address on challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
The exhibitor area will feature providers of services, products, and information from a range of service and specialty product vendors, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations.
