The IRS has released a new set of FAQs to respond to some of the most frequently asked questions from employers about shared responsibility, seasonal worker coverage, minimum value, and small business healthcare tax credits. These new FAQs can be accessed, along with existing FAQs, from the Q&A index page, which is indexed by topic.
