#4. If I have a crisis can you get my payroll processed the same day?
Most companies are unable to be flexible enough to allow you to generate a complete payroll on the same day you request it. The industry standard for turn-around can be up to 4 days. Some of them will give you same day manual check calculations, but even those cannot always get the check into your hands the same day you request it. It may only happen one time in your business life, but if you cant pay your employees on time for some reason even one time it can wreak havoc on the morale of your company.
How does Payroll Masters compare to others on this question?
Timely delivery and quick turn-around times are always important. We have a standard deliver turn-around of one day. Whether you pick-up your payroll at one of our regional pick-up-sites or want your payroll delivered to your door we will always have it ready for you when you need it.
We know that there are times you need same-day delivery for pick-up at our office at no charge. We have also contracted with courier services that will deliver your payroll the same day for a reasonable price (within geographical zones).
We Are Able To Deliver Your Payroll The Same Day You Send It
Even In Crunch Times
Payroll is one of those things that cant be delivered late without affecting the morale of your employees. Its also one of those services that require heavy activity at certain times of each month since most companies have a pay-day on the 1st & 15th of the month, or on a specific day every other week. At Payroll Masters we have made a commitment to make sure your payroll is delivered on time even in those crunch times. We have the ability to change our internal staffing patterns to match the high-demand times.
Heres what our clients are saying about our timeliness:
Linda Joyner of Alternative Solutions A bookkeeping service in Napa in business for eight years, with clients who use different payroll services, said:
In my six years working with Payroll Masters I have found that their reports are easier to understand than any other payroll services vendor. When I need to find detail for any given pay period it is quickly available and easy to find. For example, deductions and withholdings are printed on a separate page and stand out so they are easy to find.
Customer service at Payroll Masters is the best out of all other payroll vendors. When I have questions I can always get one-on-one service immediately, the processor is knowledgeable and answers my questions quickly. Even when I need to get assistance with my clients who use other payroll services, Payroll Masters will give me expert assistance to get my job done.
Some of my clients require special certified payroll reports for government reporting. These are complicated reports and Payroll Masters has the expertise to help me complete these reports, and has the best Certified Payroll Reporting of any service I researched.
I have clients who have made mistakes on submitting their payroll, and when I call Payroll Masters to get it re-processed, they always do it the same day. This type of service is Payroll Masters normal operating process. In over six years working with Payroll Masters I have never had to wait for anything. Without exception, I recommend Payroll Masters to every client I have who needs payroll services.
